Conventional Wisdom

To anybody showing up late, I’ve slept out in the parking for a con more than once.  The people I know have never let me live it down, and rightly so, but it does tend to make me a bit hyper-sensitive to weekends like this.  I mean, even though I really WAS sleeping in a bed every night, I’m sure it LOOKED like I was living out of the car all weekend.  And heck, it’s not as if sleeping at home has stopped me from ALSO sleeping in the car on occasion.

Oh, and hi Yoink.  Sorry you’re back on “me ripping myself off” duty again.
