Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: …yep, the only think I wound up doing, the one thing I could draw material from, was that same one panel I’m pretty much always at.  And we didn’t do anything out of the ordinary whatsoever, so all I could end up doing was drawing a big crowd and the back of my head.  I mean, it’s an impressive crowd drawing, with a decent number of cameos spread around, but I could totally have slipped this into any other con and I doubt anyone would have noticed.  This wasn’t even the first time I’d seen this happen.  It’s really hard to see empty seats way up front from an entrance in the back, especially when the lights are down, so the ringside seats are often the last to fill up even after the room gets too crowed to be picky.  So how is that all I had to say about this of all cons?)
