Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: PROBLEMATIC REFERENCE TO RIC FLAIR… who I already thought was gross and weird anyway, just like I think of pretty much all professional wrestlers.  But hey, I desperately wanted references to things that people would recognize to distract from how self-serving this comic actually is.  Make no mistake, I HUGELY appreciate any time anybody recognizes ANYTHING I do, so nothing about this page is false… but it’s not like I haven’t made pretty much this exact joke several times only without the pup cultural references to try and jazz it up.  So you’d think that maybe, just maybe, I could have devoted more time and energy to writing pages about THE COMIC’S TENTH OTAKON instead of myself?  In a page I tucked away on Patreon, it’s explained that I had very little to actually do this year, which SHOULD have been my chance to fill time with some new event or activity I’d never taken part in before.  Instead…)
