Well, the last page was a few days late, so why not have this one a few hours early? Now maybe I’ll have time to re-post another big burst of old comics and NOT throw the new comics off schedule.
But seriously, it amazes me how many frequent congoers I know are able to just not think about what SERIOUSLY suspicious characters they are.
…and now, I don’t know what the context of most of this is. This was one of those weird writing experiments where I specifically had to write something that I’D struggle to make sense of, if only so I can maintain some level of plausible deniability.
Next time, you should record what’s being said and listen back to it later, imagining yourself as someone walking past the room and overhearing those inside, having no idea about the Con or what the people inside the room are talking about. Hell, you could do it with everyone in the room, and make a game out of guessing what was going on when everyone was unpacking, when you’re packing up the room.
Heck, I KIND of do that already. Sometimes I’ll just tweet out a single sentence somebody said with no context whatsoever (most of the time, I don’t even know the context myself)
