Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: So, there was this couple at the Digimon photoshoot dressed as Tri TK and Kari, and they had their little kid dressed up as Season 1 Matt.  The temporal paradoxes of this make absolutely no sense, but that little guy was ABSOLUTELY the winner of the whole shoot.  Like, I know I just said I disapprove of bringing kids to conventions in general, but it’s hard to deny that this little dude was having a ball being the center of attention.  On a far less popular note, this was the only time I ever busted out that Daigo costume, because it was WAAAAAY less comfortable than it looked.  I mean, you’d think it’d be the breeziest, most relaxing costume I’ve ever done.  It involves slippers, for crying out loud.  But no, that black wig I got was one of the nastiest one’s I’ve ever worn, and it pretty much destroyed the jacket so that I’d never be able to use it again afterwards.  Heck, even the slippers were way worse than you’d expect, really thin and painful to walk around in and just a general disappointment.  Actually, there’s a joke to be made about Digimon Tri as a whole somewhere in there…)
