And the weird thing is, I wore this very costume in the middle of May in Raleigh without this problem… but then, they probably had the air cranked up way harder at that point.
Also, it was really REALLY weird to be wearing a Gravity Falls costume the day after the Gravity Falls finale aired… and I hadn’t seen it yet. In fact, I STILL haven’t seen it yet. Stupid ungodly amount of comics to draw.
(Historical Notes: I would eventually get around to finally watching the finale, of course. In fact, looking back, that might have been the last non-Digimon-related show that I made any serious effort to watch as it was coming out. Staying current with the rest of the world takes a LOT of work, and is so rarely worth the trouble…)
That final panel is one of my personal favorites I must say. You would think a heavier costume would be right for a giant indoor concrete expo hall room like the Gaylord has, but maybe it all insulates too well.
There’s just something about that lumberjack hat. They say most of your body heat escapes through your heat, but I think that thing somehow reflected it back twofold.
