Hey, anything that makes Especially Self-Important Cosplayers confused is okay by me (said the guy who spent most of the weekend running around dressed like a mad scientists)
But yeah, it was kind of funny seeing all these kids who thought they could get their precious Katsucon Gazebo Cosplay Picture by getting it at MAGFest instead, and then wondering what was up with all these MUSICIANS all over the place.
(Historical Notes: I wonder how many convention newbies already have no idea what the alt text is talking about. If that’s you, “Katsucon Gazebo” was a Twitter account where the gazebo itself claimed to be a soul-devouring eldritch abomination. It was a thing for a few years, to the point that there were even knock-off accounts about notable landmarks at other conventions, but the account was deleted sometime in 2017, and I think most people have already forgotten about it.)
Thanks for reminding me of the all-powerful Gazebo, who has now seemed to be replaced by Danny DeVito.
I honestly didn’t even realize the original twitter account was gone until I looked it up just now.
