(Historical Notes: Yeeeaaaaah, this is a big confusing to look back on.  As an experiment to try and retain interest during the time I spent working on the Otakon comics, I decided to ALSO do a steady stream of filler comics ABOUT the convention comics I was also drawing… which eventually devolved into me drawing comics about why I wasn’t drawing comics faster.  Supply your own punchline to that joke, they’re all good.  The most confounding thing in retrospect, though is how fricking WEIRD it reads after the comics are long-since done.  Why are these comics talking about stuff we already read as if they’re not done yet?  These comics only work as intended for a few weeks after they’re written, and I normally try to keep my material accessible years after the fact.  Yet another reason why it was better to just start putting the convention comics out individually and hold onto reader interest THAT way.  Oh, and just for the record, I’m making a much more serious effort to cut back on all the soda these days.  If nothing else, the energy drinks are completely out of my diet now.  That alone is probably the reason I’m even still alive.)
