Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: Another one where Present Me doesn’t really have much to add.  I suppose if would have been nice to have Past Me’s commentary, just in case there’s some kind of random extra thoughts that didn’t make it into the comic, because if so I’ve COMPLETELY forgotten about it now.  Oh, but I should mention that this turned out to be the one time I actually got to hang out with the folks I normally would have seen at the Maid Cafe.  So that’s nice.  Also… this could be totally off base, but looking that this comic now, I feel like Past Me was planning to stick something on that TV screen but forgot to do it.  It’s weirdly prominent and cleaned up for just a little background detail, but I can’t for the life of me think of what I could have been planning on putting there.  So many mysteries lost to time!)
