Anime USA 2009 – page 7
I’ve never actually been to a showing of Rocky Horror, but it really can’t be too different from watching AMV Hell at a con in a room full of cosplayers, right? I’ve always loved the Hell series and it’s numerous spin-offs (AMV Salad, the various AMV Hecks, and so forth), and they’re even more fun when seen with a group. However, this was the first time I realized that I (and everyone else) actually knew these things BY HEART. It’s almost a ritual now, and that’s kind of awesome!
(Historical Notes: I’ve still never been to a Rocky Horror screening, but at this point I HAVE been to one for The Room… and I like the old AMV Hell showings better. No plastic silverware to clean up afterwards)
