Now THIS was something of a downer ending. Animazement’s Home Con for me, which means it automatically gets first priority. It’s also always on Memorial Day weekend.
And that means I have to do something I’ve never done before. Unless Animazement makes a VERY uncharacteristic break from tradition next year, there will be no Conventional Wisdom coverage of Anime Boston 2013. I’M SORRY, GUYS! I really did have an awesome time, and I’m totally gonna go back as soon as I don’t have to be two places at once!
(Historical Notes: Sadly, that never came to pass. AB and Animazement would continue to be too close for comfort, if not right on top of each other, and I moved that much farther away from Boston anyway. As much as I enjoyed myself this one year, the previous trip I took from North Carolina to Massachusetts taught me to NEVER try and make that whole journey for a con. Oh, and speaking of journeys…)
