(Historical Notes: I’m pretty sure the old SmackJeeves comments for this one were jam packed full of links to all the previous comics that I copy/pasted into the bottom panel… but it’s getting late as I write this, and I want to get done and go to bed.  But if YOU think you recognize any of the comics being referenced below, put your answer in the comments! …preferably after exhaustively checking the backlog of old comics to be sure!  With your adblock off!  Seriously, though, the band being referenced here is TsuShiMaMiRei, and I’m still a bit salty that the gig in question happened the same weekend that I was up in DC for Anime USA.  I totally would have gone to that show, dang it!)
