Anyway, this is where the whole attendance thing really started to get genuinely embarrassing. The first night just had concerts on the main stage inside, but for the rest of the con they set up a second DJ… Table? Station? Instillation? Wub Wub Hole? Whatever, the point is they clearly expected a second dance to be going on outside… and there SOOOOO wasn’t. Like, it’s one thing to only have one or two disinterested bystanders at the back of a dark room. It’s another thing to only have one or two disinterested bystanders right out in the open where all of downtown Durham can see you.)
