So, I wanted to have a new costume for the traditional Digimon PJ Party, and this had the advantage of being probably the most comfortable thing I’ve ever walked around a con in. Man, no wonder The Dude favors ratty old bathrobes so much.
…THAT SAID, it’d been a long time since I’d actually tried walking around in geta (those wooden sandals) and I instantly remembered why. Those are NOT as comfortable.
(Historical Notes: I actually still wear that robe around the house every time the temperature starts getting wintery down here.)
