I can’t say that this actually happened to me personally at Otakon, but I always feel sorry for the genuinely talented cosplayers who DO get mobs like this.

(Historical Note: Past me is either being overly modest, or just hadn’t been in many large groups of cosplayers yet, because I totally HAVE had trips from one side of the room to the other take ten times longer than it should thanks to a never-ending stream of picture requests)
