Here’s one of those bands I siad I’d cover in more detail: The Megas. Again, I must confess that I didn’t know much about them going into the show. Basically, I just knew they were That Band Who Does Mega Man Songs And Aren’t The Protomen. I now know better.
I really, REALLY wish I could post a video of this hilarious event, but “The Annihilation of Monsteropolis” seems to be the only part of the set that ISN’T on YouTube right now. Keep an eye out for it, though. It really was an amazing fluke of awkward timing.
