Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: Boy, sure is a good thing I never let myself get bogged down by too many side projects anymore, huh?  There’s not really much else I can add to this one, since I’ve already said my piece several times about how 2016 really was my breaking point with overwork.  I suppose it would have been nice to see what Past Me had to say to put a positive spin on all this, since I seem to recall I was still in some pretty deep denial about how bad things were getting at this point.  Just imagine some vapid platitudes and empty attempts at self-effacing, and that’ll probably cover it.)
