Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: this is both the good and the bad thing about not squeezing as many conventions into a single year.  I do get a lot more breathing room between the big trips, but that breathing room also makes it a lot easier to lose track of how close the next trip is.  On the other hand, it also says a lot about how much I actually WANTED to be going back to Otakon that I had such a hard time focusing on preparation.  Also, might have noticed that I started working with MangaStudio’s automatic speech bubbles instead of drawing them by hand here… and ran right up against not knowing how to actually change the shape or line thickness.  I like the speech bubble tool now that I’ve switched over to ClipStudio, but these MangaStudio pages look preeeeeeeetty rough.)
