Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: I’m a little surprised that Past Me went ahead and actually kept the reference to actual Puzzle Fighter here instead of making up some new game.  This is actually a perfect example of a bit where I COULD substitute some fake thing nobody’s ever heard of and the joke wouldn’t have been affected at all.  Of course, the real reason is that I just couldn’t turn up an opportunity to plug Puzzle Fighter, which still deserves more people talking about it than it gets.  That, and I guess I was compensating for not having a Saturn Bomberman comic this year.)
