Honestly, I didn’t even buy THAT much this year. Just a couple $4 DVDs and the 2013 AZ shirt.
Also, part of me wishes I’d made it Miffy’s “Fortress of CONSUMERISM”, since that doesn’t mean the same thing as Capitalism, but the latter just sounds a lot funnier.
(Historical Notes: …then again, these days buying a shirt at all is a MAJOR splurge. I can’t even remember the last con where I grabbed one… which is an odd thing to say, seeing as how they all have dates clearly printed on them.)
