Conventional Wisdom

Okay, I can’t in good conscience claim that the WHOLE reason this update took so long is because of the notepad going missing.  Lord knows I’ve taken even longer than this to finish comics even when I still knew exactly where my notes were.  But it is true, I did get bogged down for a while because I didn’t want to just work from memory and risk forgetting something important.  What’s more, I’d gone and used that exact same notepad for a certain OTHER project to come in the near future, and I was extra worried about not being able to find my notes for THAT.

…and yes, I really did draw the Zilch art with the intention of him pouring one out for the lost notes, and the notepad really DID magically turn up under some furniture a day or two after I finally drew it.  It’s like how any problems with my house internet connection always magically resolve themselves RIGHT after I publicly complain about it on social media.

BUT YES, that’s all for Conventional Wisdom’s Otakon 2024 coverage… UNLESS YOU’RE A PATRON, because there’s at least three more pages that I’ve held back to do over there!  And yes, finally having found my notes will be a BIG help on those.
