Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: It’s also how I wind up with really sore legs and back, but that’s a whole other discussion.  I also wound up cheating quite a bit here, with the back of those comics.  I really wanted the classic, stereotypical “comic book ads”on the back of stuff, and the pure and honest thing to do would be to just take pictures of the back of everything I wound up buying.  Alas, the stuff I actually ended up purchasing that day turned out to have way less of the traditional ads for sea monkeys and kung fu guides and Hostess fruit pies, and way more for sports drinks and sneakers.  LAME.)
