Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: Very little I can add to this one.  I can’t remember if it was the case THIS year, but a lot of times the Gaylord is still in the process of tearing down the Christmas decorations as MAGFest is happening.  Sometimes there’s even still holiday music playing in certain corners of the convention center.  So it COULD be that I was still in a seasonal mood going in to this… But yeah, red and green lights.  There’s only one place my brain was going to go.)
