Conventional Wisdom

First of all, no: I haven’t the fainest idea what possessed me to associate Anime USA with a dirigible. It just seemed like it’d be something fun to draw, and I really needed something nice and indulgent after a week this hectic. WHEE! Death from above!

But yeah, it’s AUSA time again! By the time you read this, I SHOULD have already been in DC since last night. If all goes well, and probably even if it doesn’t, I’ll have a whole load of new comics ready and online Wednesday. So stay tuned!

(Historical Notes: You hopefully didn’t notice until I brought it up just now, but this page underwent one of the more drastic re-edits so far.  A LOT of these early pages are either too big or, in what turns out to be far worse, too SMALL to fit the current standard width, and look a bit grungy if the website resizes them.  This one in particular required all sorts of cleanup and extra blurring to smooth out little messy details.  I tell ya, this site restoration process will DRASTICALLY speed up once we reach the point where I finally settled on a single, standardized page size.)
