Conventional Wisdom

The paradox in trying to draw something like this is, in practice, the problem is that the screen was actually too DARK.  It’s just that everything ELSE was too bright, including the thin reflective surface on top of that screen.  But yeah, I was absolutely shooting blind for most of the pictures I took outside all weekend. This is what we get for asking it not to rain this time.

Also, sorry for the sudden stop in comics for a while there.  I’d finally gotten some really good momentum going, then some Real Life happened and I wound up having to head down to Georgia for a funeral.  I’m only just now getting my productivity groove back.  We should have seven or eight pages left to go, and I really need to get them all done before the end of the month, because… well, you’ll hear why soon enough!
