Conventional Wisdom

Context: as a crowd-occupying measure, some of the staffers spent the time before Opening Ceremonies actually started teaching everyone that dance from the closing credits of Yo-kai Watch, with the intention of making the whole crowd do the dance at the END of Opening Ceremonies… Buuuut then the video kept freezing the second time around, resulting in a bunch of staffers awkwardly frozen in place over and over. Actually, THAT was originally supposed to be the comic, until I realized it’s kinda hard to express the humor of not moving in a medium where NOTHING moves.

Also, some of you are going to have that song stuck in your head all day now. I do not apologize.

(Historical Notes: Apparently, a whole bunch of staffers and volunteers were forced to learn the dance even earlier that day.  They were quite upset that the video couldn’t have frozen THEN.)
