…and there you have it! My first ever Triad Anime Con update is finished! This was, like, my third attempt to actually get over to this particular con, so I’m glad things finally came together this year!

But what I’m REALLY glad about is that I don’t have any more cons until the end of May. In case you didn’t notice from the many, many subtle hints over the course of this update, I’m ready for a break. And by “break”, I mean “frantic scramble to get caught up on all my overdue Patreon stuff”. Speaking of which, don’t forget that an extra batch of Triad comics will be going up on Patreon in a week or so! These comics are available to Patrons at any level, even just One Dollar A Month!

…now, if you’ll excuse me, I haven’t even STARTED the new Far Out There page that was supposed to go online, like, twelve hours ago…

(Historical Notes: Not only did I make multiple attempts to get out to the con in the first place, but I’d make several attempts to go BACK without any success.  As of my writing this in 2020, this remains my only trip to Triad Anime Con, and that really bugged me.  As I’ve said numerous times, I really hated that I was heading all the way out to DC for conventions when now there were multiple cons right here in my own state I could do instead.  And after the Ichibancon 2020 experiment proved just how far I could commute, getting to Triad without worrying about a hotel room totally seemed like a possibility.  And then… well, you know.  Maybe one day.  Honestly, part of the reason I want to go back is just because I want there to be a con I tried to add to the rotation in 2016 that I CAN visit again.  I mean, the other new con this year was Hoshicon, and I can’t wait to get to THAT story…)
