Otakon 2011: July 29th – 31st
Yep, it’s once again time for Conventional Wisdom’s biggest, baddest, craziest con of the year! …or rather it WILL be time in a couple of days. As always, I’m already in Baltimore as this page goes online, but the rest of the Otakon comics won’t be ready until Wednesday (HOPEFULLY)
So tune in next week for your fix of Conventional Wisdom goodness!!!
EDIT: Okay, it’s 2:45 am, Wednesday morning as I write this. All the Otakon pages are drawn and scanned, but I’m too groggy at this point to trust myself to do any of the final editing needed to make them presentable (this year’s Otakon was an especially punishing one, so the recovery is taking longer than usual) I’ll TRY to get everything online before tomorrow, but for now I really need at least a little sleep. So if you just now tuning in looking for the comics, check back in a couple of hours, maybe?
(Historical Notes: Yes, yes, another point at which I either long for the days when cranking out an entire update in a week’s time seemed possible enough for me to apologize when I didn’t do it or marvel at a time when I felt I needed to post updates on the actual comic page rather than using social media. Actually, let’s change it up a bit: let’s all laugh at that messy background and realize how stuff like this is the reason I use so many photo backgrounds now.)
