No, seriously, in the course of a single afternoon, I went from being absolutely CERTAIN that Otakon would be my only con all year outside of North Carolina to suddenly having multiple chats open simultaneously to discus panel plans and weighing separate hotel room offers.  I don’t think I’ve EVER had the skies part and show the way to a convention as suddenly as this, ESPECIALLY not since I started getting more finicky about travel and hotel arrangements.  Heck, this AWA was the first time I’d actually stayed on-site in the same hotel as the convention since… well, I guess Otakon 2018 TECHNICALLY counts, but they’re still not “really” the same building.  I guess it was all the back at the 2017 AWA that I was last in a hotel room in the same structure as the event itself.  I’m sure we’ll get more into that as these comics go on, but I just wanted to take a second to thank everybody who played a part in actually getting me down to Atlanta and into a room all weekend.  These comics LITERALLY could not exist without you.
