MIFFY WILL BRING YOU DOWN! NO EXCEPTIONS.

I’m not complaining THAT much, though, ‘cos Inverse Phase’s stuff is pretty awesome. In fact, the only complaint I have about AZ’s typically awesome Game Room is that the moved Rock Band back to the main room again. It’s kind of jarring to be grooving to some chiptunes goodness, then suddenly it’s drowned out by some guy singing System of a Down.

(Historical Notes: For context, there were a few times where Animazement not only used the whole Raleigh Convention Center, they booked the whole convention area in the hotel across the street, and let the “game room” spread out across three or four separate rooms.  I’m sure it was exorbitantly expensive, and later years have seen other events over there during the con weekend, but that was still one of my all-time favorite game room layouts.  WAY nicer than the single ballroom they set up in now.)
