I kind of feel like I owe this panel (Anime you may have missed, or never heard of) an apology. I was all set to do a more on-topic cartoon about how I actually remember when these “old, obscure” anime were just getting released… BUT THE CHAIRS JUST WOULD NOT STOP FARTING! There’s no way I could write about anything else!
