I’m rather annoyed at the moment.  I’d intended to accompany this comic with a bit of a supplementary rant about conventions profiting off of drawing in a younger crowd without doing enough to actually clean up the environment being provided for them.  Heck, I even could have linked back to older comics involving children at cons as a thinly-veiled way to drum up some extra site traffic… BUT NOW ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS HOW FRUSTRATED I AM THAT IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO GET THE NEXT PAGE OUT!

Seriously, I got a STUPID number of pages written and penciled during this con, more than I’ve managed to do during the event itself for YEARS.  I was so sure that this meant the updates would come blasting out the gate one after another as soon as I got home… aaand then, right as I was about to start inking and editing things, I got sick.  And it was JUUUUST long enough after I got back home that I can’t realistically blame it on the convention.  I know con crud sometimes incubates a little while before it strikes, but not THAT long.  So here I am, only just now pulling myself together enough to push page two out the door.  Again, I am very annoyed.

Still, you can at least take comfort in the knowledge that there really are over a dozen comics already written and just waiting for me to get around to finishing them.  Really!  I promise!
