Conventional Wisdom

Heck yeah, I actually stopped the car and got out just to take a picture of a street name that somewhat resembled a character from a TV show that I happened to dress up as.  I posted that all over the dang internet!

And really, this is the LEAST silly thing that could have happened.  If I’d been driving the whole way by myself, and the second leg of the journey didn’t involve anybody else being dragged along with me, I totally would have added several HOURS to the trip taking the scenic route to Atlanta through the mountains… just to say I did, and maybe take some pictures of Scribbles in front of a mountain or whatever.  So yeah, if I ever say I’m being serious about getting there in a hurry, don’t you believe it.
