Conventional Wisdom

(Historical Notes: Okay, now THIS page turned out really well.  The color gradients work well with the backgrounds, the drawings adequately cover up the fact that this photo was actually taken during Closing Ceremonies and there was a big distracting table on the stage in real life, and the awkwardness of the stock clouds photo actually ADD something for once since it’s supposed to be kind of surreal.  The one thing I don’t like about this page is, well, it’s written by somebody who doesn’t really know anything about chess.  I mean, I know how to play, but I had to look up every single line of dialog and still have no idea if I used any of it correctly.  It’s always a bad idea when the author has to write a character who’s smarter than he is.  Well, at least I didn’t have to worry about that with the Gravity Falls reference.)
