Animazement 2014 – page 1
Yeah…You know how I took some time off cons ‘cos I wanted to rest up? Well, I pretty much negated ALL of that in the days leading up to Animazement. Heck, I rang in my own birthday having already been up 36 hour straight working on stuff. And I STILL had to put a lot of things on backburner due to lack of time.
(Historical Notes: See, stuff like this is why I can’t really feel all that bad about most of the plans I’d had for 2020 getting thrown out the window. I mean, I take a bad situation seriously and everything, but it’s pretty clear that I’ve had a problem for YEARS now of not taking the kind of breaks I need to, and it’s piled up worse and worse the more I’ve jumped back into con trips without properly recovering. In a perverse way, having the choice taken away from me will probably result in me being in a much better place next year than I would have been otherwise.)
