Conventional Wisdom

A much cooler ending to this page would have been if I’d actually visited these guys and awesomeness had ensued. Alas, I was only in Boston for a few days, and there was already way too much going on during those days. Still, seeing anime flyers just out there in the open was pretty cool.

(Historical Notes: I still have really good memories of that trip to Boston… not due to anything specifically related to the city itself, just because of how bitterly cold and snowy it was the whole time.  DC was bitterly cold and snowy that week too, and I learned the hard way it wasn’t ALWAYS that way, so I’m sure Boston’s the same.  But still, bitterly cold and snowy will always be my favorite kind of weather, so I can’t help but look back on those memories fondly.)
