Conventional Wisdom

So, yeah, if you follow me on Twitter or Conventional Wisdom’s Facebook and tumblr pages, you may have heard me saying I was giving bags of stuff to anybody who bought one of my comic booklets and found a typo. But it turns out other people hate proofreading as much as I do, so I ended up just giving most of them away.

I may try it again, though, just with a less grammar-related game.

(Historical Notes: Honestly, the one biggest problem with all my various attempts to make games out of giving out goodie bags was that most of them were at least partially intended to drive up social media engagement… at a time when my OWN social media usage was already beginning to slow down.  I couldn’t get the word on this stuff out in front of enough people for it to ever actually work, so I eventually quit bothering and just used the goodie bags exclusively as a handout.)
