Conventional Wisdom

Yeah, Yeah, I know. I forgot to do the comic AGAIN. Sorry, it’s been a super busy week. But you know what? For a comic thrown together at literally the last minute, I kinda like this. Granted, if I do make a print out of the idea, I’ll need to re-draw it from scratch, but it’s a promising start.

(Historical Notes: No, this one did NOT end up getting the print treatment, which is too bad because it’s still probably the coolest idea of the bunch.  Unfortunately, it’s also an idea that, even now, is a bit beyond my artistic abilities to make worth charging money for.  And this is the cleaned-up version, right here.  I spent probably more time than any previous page of Conventional Wisdom re-editing stuff to try and smooth out the clunky attempts at shading in the original, a couple hours at the very least.  And that’s extra funny if you realize that this new computer I’m on now has an as-yet-unresolved problem with color banding, so I literally can’t see some of the gradient problems I’m trying to fix as I do it.  It’s always SOMETHING, right?)
